Have you ever wondered why you are who you are and why you do what you do?
This seminar will give you an insight into what behaviour is and what drives it and how your behaviour can, and does, impact on your friends and work colleagues in both your home and working environments.
If we can bring the reasons for our behaviour to a conscious level we can begin to see how we can facilitate changes not only in our own, but in other people’s behaviour through increased awareness of behavioural traits, their impact on social interaction and the ways in which they are used in managing people.
Steve Connor is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience working mainly on the private practice/client side of the business for several of the well known cost consultancies such as EC Harris and Faithful & Gould as well as companies such as Bechtel and United Utilities and most recently since 2006, in private practice with Connor Christmas Consulting. Steve has been trained in Applied Behavioural Sciences and has a keen personal interest in psychology
