Overview

In this half-day seminar, the presenters will share their experience and knowledge based on the new Guidance Note, in respect of practical guidance, common pitfalls and legal issues associated with contract administration. Surveyors experienced as contract administrators, as well as those looking to take on this role, will benefit from shared experiences, a legal update, techniques for reducing risks and tips on what to do if it all goes wrong.
