Description

 

All construction contracts contain provisions for the Contractor or Subcontractor to make claims. The course will consider the causes of action giving rise to a claim, the time effects and additional cost / loss and expense entitlements. Issues such as common law claims, concurrent delays and acceleration and evaluation issues, including head office overheads, disruption, preliminaries and interest and finance charges will be addressed. Ideal for all organisations from Employer to Subcontractor.
