Premier Guarantee and The Centre for Construction Innovation would like to personally invite you to our free half-day CPD accredited seminar that will examine the future challenges facing the house building industry.
In recent years UK property developers and providers have faced numerous Government policy changes which have challenged the industry to improve the affordability and sustainability of new schemes. This seminar will focus specifically on these changes and the tools developers can use to meet these improving standards.
The seminar will cover the following issues:
• The future for housing providers in refurbishment of existing stock and opportunities for new development.
• New and innovative models of delivery and finance of housing in the UK.
• Meeting the carbon challenge and energy crisis in existing housing stock.
• Identify preventative measure to avoid common building defects.
• Q&A session chaired by Prof Roy Stewart
