Business Improvement Group (BIG)

Do you want to win work and make better use of your resources?  CCI  is delivering a programme of business improvement to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in the Northwest's Built Environment Sector.  The programme comprises four half-day workshops:

1.       Bid Coaching

2.       Carbon Accounting / Waste Management

3.       Lean Construction

4.       Performance Measurement

The main objectives of each workshop are to raise awareness of and provide practical know-how on the main topic of the day (via a one-hour presentation); and to identify appropriate solutions to  relevant workplace issues (through active discussion with other participants and with experts).

Each group contains a maximum of six SME, and membership is FREE to eligible businesses, having:

·         Headcount –  up to 250

·         Turnover – no more than 50 million Euros

·         Balance Sheet –  no more than 43 million Euros

·         Independence -- not owned more than 25% by a non-SME
