Our most recent development is for waste KPI and a carbon calculator, designed in collaboration with Envirolink Northwest, to help businesses measure carbon from their business transport, energy and water.
Our expertise in performance measurement within the construction industry means that at CCI we can design a bespoke Benchmark Club for your organisation whether you are a contractor, a client or a consultant in the public or private sector. When a benchmark club is set up, it not only gives an organisation the scope to benchmark a group of companies, supply chain or framework against construction industry national data, but against each other, thereby giving the opportunity to see who performs well and then use this data to instil best practice and knowledge transfer in others within the group.
