Learning how to manage your relationships effectively can help to reduce stress, improve productivity levels and create a happier working environment.
This workshop will focus on:-
- The origins and complexities of different people and personality types
- Learning how our responses can affect their behaviour
- Responding effectively in difficult situations
- Sharing ideas and practical tips to use straight away
