CCI offers various routes to personnel development, including

• Constructing Excellence training programme -- based on the 5-4-7 model, this programme reinforces the principles of Constructing Excellence and guides organisations towards continuous improvement.  For further information please click here 
• Bespoke training programmes -- we have provided customised training for over 500 organisation and over 5000 individuals
• Action Learning -- we work with small groups of practitioners to identify and resolve their leadership and management issues
• Mentoring -- confidential, discrete and informed by years of experience, we have mentored over 50 organisations since 2004
• Best Practice events -- CCI oversees the delivery of over 50 regional Construction Best Practice Club events in the Northwest every year, regular specialist best practice club events around the region, and monthly Twilight Seminars in Manchester  
• ConstructionSkills Women and Work Sector Pathways Initiative -- as part of this initiative, CCI has set up a career development network for over 700 women www.wicnet.org.uk, providing direct training for over 200 women every year, and an active on-line discussion forum for all members in the Northwest and the Midlands
• Structured learning -- we also provide direct access to HND, CPD, BSc and MSc programmes at the internationally-renowned School of the Built Environment, University of Salford
