The use of value procurement is becoming increasingly prevalent in the private sector as value realisation becomes key factor in the delivery commercial projects.

Recent mandates from HM Treasury demand consideration of collaborative working and the delivery of efficiencies. Value procurement offers both public and private sector clients the ability to realise efficiency savings over the short, medium and long term.
